Paragraph Formatting: Paragraph Alignments

This is relatively simple to do. Just place your cursor in the beginning of the paragraph. If you want to format the whole document, hit Ctrl+A to select all text and paragraphs. Then on the Home tab and in it's Paragraph section, to the right of the line spacing icon, you will find these:




Here you have these settings respectively, Align text Left (Ctrl+L), Align Center(Ctrl+E), Align Right(Ctrl+R), and Justify(Ctrl+J). Justifying the paragraph distributes the paragraph evenly until the margin boundaries.

This is how the paragraph would look like when it is centered:

And this is how the paragraph would look like when you select Justify:
