Tools: Spelling and Grammar

Have you ever noticed words in your document have been underlined with a green or red zigzag? Chances are those words are grammatically or spelling-wise, incorrect. If you want to correct the word but unsure which is correct, just right-click the underlined word. There are options to choose from and the correct word usually is displayed.



Ignore Once - Ignore this word once, but check it again.

Ignore All - Ignore this word throughout the document.

Add to Dictionary - Include this word in the program's dictionary.

Change All - Use the suggested word to change all instances of this word.

AutoCorrect - Use the first suggested word each time you click AutoCorrect.

Check grammar - Select to correct the grammar in this document.

To recheck the grammar of your document, do the same procedure as AutoCorrect but click on the "recheck document" button
