Iserting and Formatting: Word Art

|
Ah! The classic WordArt. Concerning styles and choices, WordArt hasn't changed that much quite frankly, which is why i addressed it as a "classic". Ahem. On with the tutorial. WordArt is found on the "Text" section of the "Insert" tab. Click that to reveal the WordArt styles on a drop-down menu.

When you click on a specific style, a dialog box will appear that will ask you input the text you want to be WordArt-ed.

You can choose the font, the size, and if it is in bold or italic:

Now, when you have put the WordArt into your document, a "Format" tab will appear on the menu.

As with pictures and autoshapes, you can strech it out, resize it, apply different 3d effects and change the colors and gradients plus, the depth, direction, lighting and surface!

Woah... i've got an idea! Let's make somethin out of the image above!

There you go! So now you can design those 1990's simple rock band kind of t-shirts using only MS Word!
